August 5th

Jayapura - Wamena

Arrival Day

On arrival in Wamena Airport you will bemet by your guide and proceed drive to your booked hotel for check in and continue heading to police station for a travel permit/Surat Jalan, then you will go see a Mummified cheaf in Jiwika and on your return drive you will stop by in a local market. After all, going back to your hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at your booked hotel.

August 6th

Attending Festival

Opening Ceremoney

Having breakfast, then start driving out heading to Usilimo District. Upon arrival, get your entering ticket, and proceed to claim your seat and wait to enjoy the Opening ceremoney. Lunch box and bevarages will be provided. After end of Festival drive back to your booked hotel. Dinner on your account.

Note : You are free to walk around & take pictures while waiting the Opening ceremoney or after. Your will guide you around.

August 7th

Attending Festival

Still at the Festival

After breakfast, we start drive to the Festival and enjoy the festival. Upon arrival, claim your seat and if you are walking around for taking pictures, your guide will stay accompany you around. Lunch box and bevarages will be provided. After all performances are completely done then drive back to your booked hotel. Dinner on your account.

August 8th

Sightseeing walk to Villages & Mummies

Optional Activities

Having breakfast, we will drive out to the Dani villages and beyond the countryside in the southern part of Baliem Valley to see and enjoy the landscapes, do villages walk and drive back to Wamena. Overninght stay at your booked hotel. Dinner on your account.

August 9th

Wamena - Jayapura

Return Day

After morning breakfast, take a short transfer to airport, check in & catch your flight for Jayapura.
