Started & Ended In Wamena
Day 1
Jayapura – Baliem Valley, Wamena
Upon arrival in Wamena, meet your guide and proceed to Pilamo Hotel. Visit mummy and local market while our team are preparing or do shopping for food supplies and packing. Dinner at local resto.
This would be a big preparation and packing day for our team and would be an easy day for you ! You can also do shopping such gifts for locals if you want !
Day 2
Wamena – Yuarima – Yogosem ( Via 4×4 Off Road Car )
After breakfast, start the adventure trek using a 4×4 charter car to Yuarima. Upon arrival in Yuarima, you will start the trek up to Yogosem village. Lunch boxes will be provided before reaching Yogosem village. In the afternoon, explore around the village. Dinner and overnight at Yogosem village.
Day 3
Yogosem – Deep Jungle Called “ Belantara “ ( Camping on the mountain )
After breakfast, you will start your adventure trek into the jungle. Along the jungle trek you can see wild mountain new guinea dogs, pigs, birds, insects, beautiful jungle flowers, trees and more. Upon arrival at Belantara, we will set up camping tents in the jungle. You will be guided by your guide to do night walk around the jungle to observe wildlife such; Cuscus, hawks and many more. Around 7 30 pm back to your camp site for dinner and overnight at your tents.
Day 4
Muliawak / Belantara – Kiroma
After breakfast, you will do trek down to Kiroma village. Along the way we will do some stops to find and watch some animals and the perfect time is when our cook is preparing lunch in the jungle for you. After lunch keep walking down to Kiroma village. Dinner and overnight stay at local house.
Day 5
Kiroma – Yogosem – Yuarima – Wamena
After breakfast, you will start the adventure trek back to Yuarima via Yogosem. Lunch will be provided on the way. After reach Yuarima, catch a car and drive back to Wamena. Upon arrival in Wamena, check in at your hotel and take a rest till diner time.
Day 6
Airportr Transfer
After breakfast, take a short transfer to the airport to catch your return flight to Seantani, Jayapura.
