Misool is located in the South of Raja Ampat, in the heart of the Coral Triangle, outlined by rare white beaches and monstrous reefs, Misool is a magical island chain where nature is foregrounded.
When referring to Misool, one doesn’t usually speak about the grand Misool Island only. For experienced Raja Ampat explorers, the Misool region also stands for a myriad of fascinating islands, including Farondi, Fiabacet, Yapap, Balbulol, Wayil, Olobi, as well as notable sights such as Jellyfish Lake, Harfat Jaya peak, and the spectacular Love Lake.
To summarize, the Misool region is so enormous that it stands apart as an extraordinary standalone destination in Raja Ampat. Therefore, most Yacht Holiday itineraries mentioning South Raja Ampat, refer to cruising across and diving in Misool.
Tour Itinerary :
DAY 01. Upon Arrival in Sorong - Overnight Stay
Upon arrival at Sorong airport, meet your tour guide and proceed to your booked hotel ( Note : this is depending on your arrival time, if you arrive in the morning then we can take a Ferry around 1:00pm to Misool at the same day. Please confirm us your arrival time to manage the time for your trip accordingly ). This is just the flexibilty that can be arranged/changed.
DAY 03. Balbulol – Lemkana Island – Banos – Namlol
Enjoy breakfast at resort and we are ready to visit and explore some spots; Balbulol, Lemkana Island, Banos and Namlol and jelly fishes. You can swim, do snorkelling or just relax here. Lunch boxes will be prepared, including hot coffee and tea. Back to resort and rest. Dinner at your homestay or resort.
DAY 05. Misool - Return to Sorong
After breakfast at the homestay or resort and proceed to the main harbour and return to Sorong. Upon arrival at Sorong harbour and continue to your booked hotel, relax. Dinner will be at hotel or we can take a walk out for fresh street foods. After dinner back to your hotel.
DAY 02. Sorong - Misool Island
Pick up at Sorong Airport on your arrival time & transfer to the harbour for the Marina express to Misool. It takes around 4 hours. On arrival at Misool, transfer to your homestay or resort and Check in and rest. Free afternoon explore around the island. Return to you accomodation, enjoy your coffee or tea, while your dinner is being prapared. Dinner and lunch are covered.
DAY 04. Karawapop – Sunmalen – Sumbayo – Harfat top
Enjoy breakfast at resort. After breakfast we are ready to visit Karawapop, Sunmalen, Sumbayo, Harfat / Dapunlol top, Odong Odong, Catur Kuda, Dafalen, Hari Paru and Yayap. Your lunch boxes will be prepared in on the beach including hot coffee and tea. Back to resort and rest. Dinner will be prepared at your homestay or resort.
DAY 06. Sorong - Jakarta / Bali
After breakfast at the hotel, drive out heading to the airprot, check in and take a flight for your next destination.
